Direct Billing Services:
As a courtesy to our clients, we provide direct billing to eligible extended health care providers. A valid government-issued photo identification is required at the first time of service.

Please be advised that in the event of any issues or delays in processing your insurance claim, full payment for the session will be required at the time of your appointment. An official receipt will be issued to facilitate reimbursement through your insurance provider.
